1. Who we are

Fuel Stop Fit is operated by Scalar Lead LLC ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through fuelstopfit.com (the "Site") and how we use it.

2. What we collect

Launch list sign-up: if you join our launch list, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your first name.

Usage data: like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools automatically collect basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

We do not collect health data, payment information, or precise location through the Site.

3. How we use it

We use your email address to send you announcements about the Fuel Stop Fit app launch and related updates. That's it — we don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

We use usage data in aggregate to understand how the Site is performing and to improve it.

4. Who processes your data

We use a small number of service providers to run the Site: Resend stores launch list contacts and sends our emails, and Lovable hosts the Site and provides analytics. These providers process your information only to provide their services to us.

5. Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe: every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we'll remove you.

Access and deletion: you can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing legal@fuelstopfit.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live (for example, California under the CCPA, or the EU/UK under the GDPR), you may have additional rights, including the right to correct your information, the right to data portability, and the right to object to certain processing. We honor those rights for all users regardless of location.

6. Data retention and security

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We use industry-standard safeguards, and access to contact data is limited to people who need it to operate the launch list.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected users if a breach occurs, as required by law.

7. Children

The Site is intended for adults, particularly professional truck drivers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International visitors

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you visit from outside the US, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. If we make a material change, we'll note it on this page and, where appropriate, email the launch list.
