1. Who we are

Fuel Stop Fit is a website and upcoming iOS app operated by Scalar Lead LLC ("we", "us"). These Terms of Use govern your use of fuelstopfit.com and any related pages (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site provides

The Site provides general information about low carb eating and exercise for truck drivers, blog articles summarizing published research, and a sign-up form for launch announcements about the Fuel Stop Fit app, which is planned for January 2027.

The Fuel Stop Fit app is not yet available. Features, screens, and imagery shown on the Site are concepts and illustrations of what we are building, and the final app may differ.

3. Not medical advice

Content on the Site — including articles about diet and exercise studies — is for general information only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified health professional.

Always talk to your doctor before changing your diet or starting an exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition such as diabetes, heart disease, or kidney disease, or if you take prescription medication. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on this Site.

4. Exercise safety

Exercise examples shown on the Site are illustrative. Only exercise where it is safe and permitted: never in traffic, on active fuel lanes, or on someone else's vehicle. Use stable, dry, non-slip surfaces and stop if you feel pain or dizziness. You exercise at your own risk.

5. Launch list

When you join the launch list, you agree that we may email you announcements about Fuel Stop Fit. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

6. Intellectual property

The Fuel Stop Fit name, logo, and the content of this Site are owned by Scalar Lead LLC or used with permission. Restaurant and fuel stop names mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners; mentioning them does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to break or probe our systems, no scraping at disruptive volumes, no submitting false or someone else's information through our forms, and no using the Site for anything unlawful.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scalar Lead LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
